This is a personal, single-user application built by its owner for private use. Its only purpose is to collect the owner's own health and fitness data into a private database.

Data accessed

With the owner's explicit consent through WHOOP OAuth, the application reads the owner's own WHOOP data only: recovery, sleep, physiological cycles, workouts, body measurements, and basic profile information. No data about any other person is collected.

Use and storage

Data is used solely for the owner's personal analysis. It is stored privately, is not shared or sold, and is not used for advertising.

Revoking access

The owner can revoke the application's access at any time from WHOOP account settings.
